
Videographers
Responsible for producing video content for our sponsors.
Camera/shooting abilities:

Shooting a variety of styles of content, including interviews, editorial, branded, commercial; in the field and in the studio; ability to shoot both corporate and creative visual styles

Strong understanding of storytelling — visually and narratively; experience storyboarding

Managing, backing up and organizing footage for post-production and archives
-
Providing direction to subjects during shoots; facilitating interview sessions

Knowledge of how to handle both audio and video in the field

Experience in setting up lighting
Audio/recording abilities:
-
Managing and organizing audio files for post-production and archives
-
Working with videographers and producers to facilitate audio recording on set
-
Familiarity with audio compliance standards for commercial output (and audio formats such as m4b, wav, mp3, aiff, etc.)

Knowledge of microphones, recording boxes, mixers and their appropriate uses depending on shoot
-
Ability to cut and edit audio in Adobe Audition (bitrate, sample type, format settings, and exporting audio settings, VO, EQ)
Premiere editing abilities:

Fundamental knowledge of editing software Adobe Premiere CC

Basic knowledge of creating motion graphics (lower thirds) using Adobe After Effects CC and Photoshop

Integrating motion graphics into videos for export in Premiere

Color correction in Premiere Essentials/Colorista

Implementation of feedback required by teammates and external client

Maintaining backed-up and well-organized video archive

Audio editing experience; ability to remove unwanted noise (Premiere and Audition)

Deep understanding of the exporting process

Ability to work under tight deadlines and be self-sufficient when prioritizing deadlines
